Dickens & Associates, Inc. is an internationally award-winning firm providing quality professional services in the fields of Engineering and Technology. Founded in 1975 by William J. Dickens , the firm has grown to serve clients around the world. Electrical Engineering and Technology services offered by Dickens & Associates, Inc. include, but are not limited to, site investigation, design, bid support and construction observation of power, lighting, communication, fire detection, security, access control, and technology (voice, video and data) systems. Members of the firm have received the prestigious Edwin F. Guth Award from the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. (Presented annually by the IESNA, this award is given to lighting specialists in recognition of their projects of extraordinary design accomplishment.) In addition, the firm has designed more than 120 educational projects for school districts, colleges and universities.

In the thirty-three years since its founding, Dickens & Associates, Inc. has provided professional services on a growing base of projects. To date, the firm has successfully participated in more than 5,000 projects totaling nearly a billion dollars in construction costs.
