The project had an approximate total cost of $82,000,000, with approximately $76,000,000 of that total in construction costs, including about $8,000,000 of electrical and technology systems. Construction began in 2006 and was completed in 2009. Dickens & Associates, Inc. provided engineering services for the predesign, design, bid, and construction observation phases of power, lighting, security, fire detection and alarm, voice, video, data, CCTV, and direct TV systems.
